Returns Policy
Returns are at your cost. We realise that Christmas is an exceptional period and as such we will accept returns up until the middle of January for items purchased as christmas presents. If returning items to us we advise that you send them Parcel Force or regular mail, and obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING from the Post Office. Sending items recorded or special delivery can prove to be very expensive. If you wish for a skateboard to be assembled by us please leave a comment when ordering, or email us a sales@urbanlegendz.co.uk. We do not accept damage caused whilst assembly skateboards. If there is any damage to your item and the currier has sign that it is in sellable condition when it has left us. It is the curriers fault and they will be help liable for the damage.
